Wellington sets up central 'haka hub' to celebrate Te Matatini

More than 70 years of historic kapa haka film will be on display during the Te Matatini festival in Wellington. Ngā Taonga Sound and Vision will be showcasing some of its treasure trove of waiata and haka for the thousands of visitors to the kapa haka festival which starts Thursday. Forty-six of the country's best kapa haka groups will arrive at Westpac Stadium in the capital, with more than 60,000 visitors expected in the city over the week.
