Company director defends NZTA review

A leading company director is defending his review of the disgraced Transport Agency. The agency is being overhauled after admitting it let its road safety regulatory functions get so bad they were in 'intensive care'. Dr Keith Turner co-wrote a performance improvement framework review issued 10 months ago. He says his review was 'exceptional value' for the taxpayer and repeatedly tells the agency it needs significant regulatory change. He speaks to Phil Pennington.
