Donald Trump arrives in Hanoi for North Korea summit

US President Donald Trump has arrived in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi, ahead of a second summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un. They will meet on Thursday evening to discuss North Korea's nuclear programme and sanctions on Pyongyang. Our Washington correspondent Harry Horton has this report.
