President Donald Trump's long time personal lawyer Michael Cohen is testifying before the House oversight committee in Washington. Mr Cohen alleges that Mr Trump knew in advance about the release of emails aimed at damaging Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign, pursued plans to build a Trump Tower in Moscow during the campaign, and he instructed him to make a hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.
