Companies struggling to find graduates to meet diversity goals

Engineering companies are pushing for diversity, but while they're hiring more female graduates, they're struggling to recruit from a range of specific groups. They say they simply can't find Maori and Pasifika engineers and numbers among the LGBTQI community are also lacking. This is a problem universities are working to address, but industry leaders say the problem starts much further back.
