James Shaw's alleged attacker to appear in court

The man charged with attacking the Greens' co-leader James Shaw is set to appear in Wellington District Court today - while Mr Shaw himself is due to return to work. The Climate Change Minister was jumped on his way to Parliament on Thursday morning - and left with a black eye and a cut face.
