Cyber crime 'hard to counter' - NetSafe director

The minister responsible for spy agencies, Andrew Little, says they've stepped up their monitoring of white supremacists. He says it's still to early to say if they missed an opportunity to catch the mosque gunman through his online activity. New Zealand has a strong record of catching paedophiles by monitoring their online activities. Martin Cocker is the director of NetSafe. He talks to Susie Ferguson.
