Will Robert Mueller's report be made public?

Democrats in the United States have said they'll continue investigating allegations of collusion against President Trump - even if the Justice Department decides not to lay charges. Special Counsel Robert Mueller has completed his two-year-long investigation into whether there was collusion between the President's election campaing and Russia and has handed it to the Attorney General William Barr. But the degree to which the report will be made public is up to Mr Barr. The Hill's political columnist Brent Budowsky talks to Guyon Espiner.
