Reserve Bank holds cash rate but signals future cuts

The Reserve Bank is holding the official cash rate at 1.57 per cent - but is signalling its next move will more likely to be a cut because of a weaker global economic outlook, and reduced momentum in domestic spending. Ganesh Nana, the chief economist at BERL, speaks to Guyon Espiner.
