KiwiBuild failing to draw industry experience - National

From Morning Report, 7:39 am on 29 March 2019

The National MP Judith Collins says the level of spending on contractors and consultants by the Housing Ministry shows it's struggling to attract people with industry experience. The ministry, that runs the Kiwibuild programme, spent just under $5 million in the first four months of its existence. That equates to half of what it paid its actual employees. Nearly $3.3 million was paid to 73 individual contractors, but there was no breakdown of the services they provided. Judith Collins is the National Party's housing spokesperson.
