The minimum hourly wage goes up by $1.20 on April 1 to $17.70 but some of those getting the increase say it won't make much difference. An economist says minimum wage earners with families will see only a small increase to their pay, as it will be mostly offset by reductions in government benefits. Meriana Johnsen reports.
