The Ethiopian Transport Ministry has found that crew weren't able to control the plane that crashed last month, despite following the correct procedures. The Boeing 737 Max aircraft plummeted to the ground six minutes after taking off from Addis Ababa, killing all 157 people on board. Ethiopia's Transport Minister Dagmawit Moges says pilots were not able to control the aircraft.
