Brexit: May heads to Brussels seeking extension

Theresa May has arrived at a summit in Brussels to ask the EU for a delay on the UK's exit date from the European Union. Mrs May wants to postpone Brexit beyond this Friday until June 30 - but EU leaders are expected to offer a longer delay, with conditions. Arriving at the summit, the Prime Minister said she "greatly regrets" that the UK has not already left.
