Lifeline apologises after woman on hold for 30 minutes

A desperate woman who rang Lifeline for help was kept waiting for half an hour before she eventually hung up. She got an apology by text the next morning. But Lifeline admits such delays are common and have got worse since the Mosque shootings. Meriana Johnsen reports.
