RWC2019: Will online streams of games work in rural areas?
Rugby fans in rugby heartland are worried about whether they can watch the World Cup without glitches. Twelve of the 48 matches will be broadcast on TVNZ - seven games will be live, five delayed - but that leaves fans relying on the internet to deliver the rest.
