'Unusual' no claim of responsibility in Sri Lanka attacks

In Sri Lanka, at least 290 people have been killed and 500 people injured in co-ordinated suicide bomb attacks on Easter Sunday. Alan Keenan is a policy analyst at London's Crisis Group specialising in Sri Lanka and says targeting tourists is a new form of terrorism in the country. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
