Cannabis vote: Legal details to be ironed out

Voters will face a simple Yes-No question next year on whether to legalise recreational cannabis - but a fair few difficult areas still need to be ironed out first. The government parties have promised to honour the result of the vote - but the opposition National Party has yet to do the same, saying it still has a lot of questions. Craig McCulloch reports.
