Immigration's delay on parent residence visa 'unconscionable'

An Auckland lawyer is describing the delay in re-opening the Parent Residence category for immigration as unconscionable. Immigration New Zealand last year indicated that an announcement would be made "in the first half of 2019". But recent comments by the Minister of Immigration suggest a decision might be pushed out to late 2020. And meanwhile families' lives are on hold. Simon Laurent talks to Corin Dann.
