Truck drivers frustrated by poor pay, camera monitoring

Forget the poor pay, long hours and retirement - being constantly monitored by cameras is giving truckies another reason to leave the job. That's according to a new survey done by First Union. The sector is short 2 and a half thousand drivers. The union interviewed almost 400 people asking them why they thought drivers were leaving, and what would encourage them to stay.
