NZ business confidence at 10-year low - Paul Goldsmith responds

Business confidence has fallen to its lowest level in a decade amid softer demand at home and a gloomier international outlook.

The quarterly survey by the Institute for Economic Research found businesses are the least confident about their own outlook since 2009, with manufacturers the most downbeat.
