ACC wrong to deny woman after asbestos contact - High Court

The High Court has ruled that a woman who died of a cancer caused by inhaling asbestos was entitled to ACC cover.

Deanna Trevarthen died in 2016 at the age of 45, after being exposed to asbestos through her father's work as an electrician.
