The National Party says the government's handling of its medicinal cannabis framework is sloppy and lazy.
The Ministry of Health published proposed regulations covering cultivation, licensing, manufacture and supply of cannabis products.
Last year, National came up with its own scheme for medicinal cannabis, which it says the government has ignored.
