Anthony Healey, the director of the New Zealand arm of the Australasian performing Rights Association, spoke to Radio New Zealand in June 2009 about the S92 legislation. Insight reporter Kim Griggs started by asking Mr Healey what problems the downloading of copyright infringing music was causing the songwriters APRA represents.
