The former Dominion Post building in Wellington took out the Supreme Award at the Property Council Industry Awards on 15 June. The winning building, Waikoukou is home to Transpower's Wellington office, and also took out Best in Category for the Commercial Office Property Award.

The Education Property Award went to King’s School Centennial Building, Auckland.

The Civic & Arts Property Award went to Ellen Melville Centre & Freyberg Place, Auckland.

Materials used during the construction of ‘Beaches’ – Coast Papamoa Beach, Tauranga. It won the Urban Land Development Property Award.

Ramada in Albany won the Tourism & Leisure Property Award.

Ara Kahukura, Christchurch won the Green Building Property Awards

The Hub Hornby won the Retail Property Award
