The former chief executive Peter Reidy went to Fletcher Construction last year. Todd Moyle has been the acting CEO.

Delegat's vintage down 11 percent in 2019

The wine company said the 2019 vintage is smaller than last year's.

The yield is down 11 percent on last year to 35,500 tonnes, but the company said it has enough inventories to meet sales targets.

Delegat said the grape harvest is below long-term averages due to weather conditions throughout the spring flowering season.

However, warm and dry conditions in the weeks prior to the harvest have resulted in excellent fruit quality in all regions.

Uber pays bonuses to drivers

The ride share company is paying one-off bonuses to drivers with big number of rides over the past year.

The company is paying more than $14,000 to drivers who've made more than 20,000 trips over the past year, with smaller scaled amounts for drivers who made between 2500 and 10,000 trips.

A company spokesperson said the driver appreciation award matches the pay outs to Uber's Australian drivers, with more than $US 300 million paid out around the world.
