Victoria has recorded 1,656 new locally acquired Covid-19 cases and 10 deaths, as the state prepares to move to the next stage of eased restrictions tonight.

There are now 23,730 active cases of Covid-19 in Victoria, with the latest cases detected from 70,180 test results.
The deaths take the total toll in the current Delta outbreak to 282.
Victoria has fully vaccinated 78.5 percent of its population aged 16 and older, while 92.3 percent have received at least one dose.
Creative Industries Minister Danny Pearson said Victoria was expected to hit the 80 percent double-dose milestone tomorrow.
"Either way, the eased restrictions will be coming in tonight to ensure Victorians can make the most of this great long weekend," he said.
Friday was the fifth consecutive day the state's seven-day average for daily Covid-19 cases has fallen, in a welcome sign that the late October peak in cases forecast by Burnet Institute modelling has occurred.
Queensland records zero new cases
No new Covid-19 cases have been recorded in Queensland today.
Acting Premier Steven Miles said there are 17 active cases across the state.
It comes from 8,799 tests in past 24 hours.
Queensland Health administered 14,219 vaccines in the last day, taking the eligible population having received a first dose to 76.5 percent.
62.3 percent are fully vaccinated.
ACT records 10 cases, two deaths in NSW
NSW has recorded 268 new local Covid-19 cases and two deaths, 363 people are in hospital, 80 are in ICU.
Meanwhile, the ACT has recorded 10 new Covid-19 cases as Canberrans enjoy the easing of the majority of restrictions imposed during lockdown.
There are currently nine people in ACT hospitals with Covid-19, including six people in intensive care and five who require ventilation.
More than 92 percent of Canberrans aged 12 and over have now received two doses of a vaccine.
There are now 1635 cases associated with the Delta outbreak in the ACT, and there have been eight deaths.
Today's new cases come as the territory marks a significant easing of restrictions, including masks no longer being mandatory outside.
The eased restrictions also allow more people to gather in households and outdoors, and allow businesses like cinemas, galleries and theatres to re-open.
Fitness classes and team sport are also able to resume.
