A former primary school principal charged with having a sexual relationship with an underage girl, will go to trial on charges of accessing a woman's computer and making a false claim.
Former principal of Raetihi Primary School Kawana Uenuku Wallace, 51, appeared in the Hastings District Court today.
He pleaded not guilty to two charges of accessing a woman's computer in Raetihi in February last year, with the intention that she be wrongly charged with a criminal offence.
Mr Wallace is also accused of having an unlawful sexual connection with a girl under 16 years old in Hawke's Bay on 17 December.
He's been remanded in jail until later this month.
