As a result of a post-mortem, police have upgraded the inquiry into the death of a two-year-old girl in the Bay of Plenty to a homicide investigation.
The girl's body was found on the tidal flats at Little Waihi in Maketu on 21 March.
Police are continuing to appeal for public information.
In particular, police want to speak with anyone who stayed in the Bledisloe Holiday Park between Monday 18 March and Friday 22 March.
