Auckland Museum's Smart Talk panel discussion series this week looks at communication.
The talk features Russell Brown, blogger Rosabel Tan, district court judge David Harvey, and New Zealand Herald social media editor Troy Rawhiti-Forbes.
Tan told the talk a constant process of self-documentation, or the archiving of experience, is unique to the digital world. "There are clear benefits to social media in that it connects people, and I think it's also interesting, because it allows you to see how you want to present yourself to other people."
