Tuilaepa suspension deemed unconstitutional

The Samoa Supreme Court has declared parliament's suspension of the leaders of the Human Rights Protection Party, Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi and party Secretary Lealailepule Rimoni Aiafi unconstitutional.
