Businesses for Health, or B4H, wants Papua New Guinea to realise the country is experiencing an alarming rise in new HIV infections.

An NGO that works as a health promoter, B4H involves itself with businesses, helping them to care for their workers facing major health concerns.

PNG has had a major problem combatting HIV in the past, and the prevailing view was, that despite once runaway figures, had been brought under control.
