Human Rights Centre - The International Center for Advocates Against Discrimination, or ICAAD wants to ensure climate-frontline communities won't be neglected.
RNZ Pacific's Eleisha Foon spoke with Director and change facilitator at ICCAD, Erin Thomas about the legal framework, created by 40 indigenous climate activists and researchers from various Pacific nations.
The United Nations Climate Change Conference is being held in Dubai from November 30 to December 12th.
