Tips for childcare on the teachers' strike

Tomorrow one of the biggest teachers' strike in our history will take place with teachers from both primary and secondary walking off the job across the country. 

That means most schools will be closed for the day and thousands of kids will be without childcare. Parents may have to stay home or even bring their children into work.

So what can workplaces and parents do to make this easier? Sarah McGuinness specialises in corporate wellness and is here to give us her tips.
