National party plan gets nod of approval from Whangarei Mayor

It was big morning for the National Party, as it's new leader Judith Collins announced a more than thirty-billion dollar infrastructure spend. Four lane expressways in the Upper North Island headlined the annoucement, along with tunnels underneath the Brynderwyn and Kaimai ranges. It's got the nod of approval from Whangarei Mayor Sheryl Mai, but Auckland Mayor Phil Goff is less impressed. Katie Doyle reports.
