Where the bloody hell are you? That's a question the Far North deputy mayor wants answered by government ministers after asking them to visit the region, survey massive flood damage and help with long term fixes.
But until now there has been basically no response. State High 1, the main route north, is out of action at the Mangamuka gorge and could be for months.
