Shared parking space turns illegal rubbish dump

More than ten months after the Auckland Anniversary floods some home owners are now dealing with illegal rubbish dumping at their evacuated properties. Meanwhile they've had letters from council telling residents it's their own responsibility to tidy up, or be fined.
