NZ's 'persistently poor' productivity to be assessedt

The government has launched an inquiry into New Zealand's mysteriously weak levels of productivity growth. The Productivity Commission will investigate the economic contribution of the country's top companies, and it's been asked to come up with policies which could help those firms' innovations spread to other New Zealand companies. Business reporter Madison Reidy spoke to the commission's Patrick Nolan, about what the inquiry is likely to reveal.
