PNG has a new PM - what does that mean for refugees on Manus?

Today is the UN's World Refuge Day and while hundreds of refugees continue to be detained by Australia on Manus Island in PNG, PNG's new Prime Minister Marape says he's looking at Manus Island becoming a tax free zone. Karyn speaks with RNZ Pacific's Johnny Blades.
