A bus drivers' union is slamming some operators as opportunistic employers who'll do anything at the cost of their workers.
First Union says its membership includes about 100 drivers who work for Ritchies and Go Bus, and it says some of them are being forced to take annual leave or pay cuts.
Its spokesperson,Jared Abbott, says the Transport Agency has committed to maintaining their usual subsidies for those companies until June -- even though the routes they're operating have been heavily reduced.
