Public servants' union calls pay freeze 'punishing'

Public servants' pay rise prospects remain low, with news most won't be eligible for a pay rise for the next three years. Those on more than $60,000 will only be offered an increase under special circumstances. And those on more than $100,000 dollars will see no pay increase at all. The Public Service Association is the main union for government workers. Its national secretary Kerry Davies speaks to Emma Hatton.
