Mycoplasma bovis: No risk to public from beef - expert

The Ministry of Primary Industries is stepping up its fight against Micoplasma bovis, which has infected cattle on 28 farms. About 20,000 cattle are to be culled.

Massey University's Veterinary Science Associate Professor Richard Laven tells Guyon Espiner the meat from cows who have suffered the disease is safe for consumption.
