Greenpeace says previously suppressed reports show the Ministry for Primary Industries has been captured by the fishing industry. Last week the ministry published a 2012 report detailing how fishing companies under-reported their hoki catch. Yesterday it issued another report from that year showing similar problems in the southern blue whiting fishery. Russel Norman is Greenpeace's executive director. He joins Guyon Espiner in the studio.
