Māori health providers are getting ready to hit the ground running with child vaccinations, which start today.
At the end of last year, Māori were fast becoming the most affected by Delta, though those numbers have fallen in recent weeks.
In the Bay of Plenty, providers say many whānau are still struggling with the pandemic, which makes getting the vaccine rollout right all the more important.
