Pacific leaders are divided over Japan's release of more than one-million-tonnes of treated nuclear wastewater into the ocean.
The release is due to get under way Thursday morning.
The Japanese government says it's not wilfully trying to divide Pacific nations. But the Pacific Islands Forum says diverging views remain and the issue will be a priority for discussion at the upcoming forum summit.
