The National Party is prioritising its plan to ditch Three Waters, committing to doing so within its 100 days if it's elected.
Labour has criticised the decision, claiming National would be leaving councils and ratepayers in the lurch with increased expenditure forecast for water services.
The National Party declined our request to debate its plan with Labour's local government spokesperson, Kieran McAnulty.
