Communities along the Firth of Thames have come up with 100 recommendations for a 100-year strategy to deal with the impact of climate change.
It's just the second time such a community-lead plan has been agreed, following guidelines from the Ministry for the Environment.
Now locals need their councils to step up with action - and money.
