In a rare moment of agreement, both sides of the country's gun debate are questioning why the police included the picture of what appears to be a pistol shaped cigarette lighter in a press release on weapons confiscated during a drug bust last month.
They say describing the novelty trinket as a weapon suggests the police have a lax approach to firearms and that it is muddying the waters on the state of gun violence.
