Advocates say people with disabilities are missing out on experiencing all the country has to offer because of poor accessiblity in the tourism industry.
One in four New Zealanders have some form of disability and that's expected to grow as the population ages.
They want the government to tackle the problem by creating minimum accessibility standards that are backed with enforcement.
