One word - dire.
That's how a primary school principal is describing their staffing situation just a week away from classrooms opening.
On the 29th of January, the first of the country's students will be making their way back into school.
However, principals are crying out for staff, with many still advertising multiple job vacancies.
And the additional stress is causing staff to leave across the board.
