Aucklanders can now have their say on a potential rates hike of up to 14 percent with the Council voting on Tuesday in favour of a 10-year budget document being shared with everyone.
A large portion of the rate rise will come from increased Watercare charges following the government's announcement that it will repeal the Three Waters legislation.
